How to Convert Many Screenshots to Excel or CSV at Once
Twelve screenshots, twelve tables. Here is how to do them in one pass.
Open Screenshot to Data and choose Many screenshots. Pick the language and drop all the images in at once. Clean image is off by default, and the tool retries with cleaning on its own if an image is hard to read (dark mode, very large text). Drag a box around the table, then use that area for every image. The Layout, Column gap and Min. confidence controls re-read all images instantly. Each image is read on your device, one after another, with a progress bar and a stop button, and nothing is uploaded.
The list shows every image with the number of rows and columns found, or the reason an image could not be read. Click an image to see its table in a preview, and check numbers and decimal points against the original, because OCR can misread a character.
Then choose the format for each file: CSV, Excel, JSON or Parquet. Download one ZIP with a separate file for every image, named after the image.
For the best results use sharp, high-contrast screenshots of the table only. Light-on-dark text, borderless tables and large fonts are handled automatically; very blurry images and black-bordered tables are the hardest, so crop tightly. If a column merges or splits, open the single-image mode and adjust the column gap for that image.

No, only printed or on-screen text.
Can I convert many screenshots at once?
Yes. Choose Many screenshots, drop all the images, pick CSV, Excel, JSON or Parquet, and download one file per image in a ZIP.
How accurate is Screenshot to Data?
It uses OCR in your browser, so accuracy depends on the picture. Sharp, high-contrast screenshots work best. Always check numbers and decimal points against the image before you use the data. The image is read on your device and is not uploaded.
Tip: Name your images clearly before you drop them. The file names are used for the output files.
